Richard is a dad of two, and husband to Bonnie. His passion for automotive repair started as a child with fond memories of working in the garage with his dad on their old jeep wrangler. Rich got his Bachelor's degree in Communication's from University of Massachusetts and ultimately decided that he wanted to apply himself in the automotive industry. Rich has been a mechanic for 10 years, four of which have been here at Callahan's. He jumped on the opportunity when he was offered to purchase Callahan's and is excited to continue to provide honest and skilled services to his customer base.

Ryan is a husband and dad of three. Ryan graduated from Nascar Technical Institute and has 12 years of experience as an automotive mechanic. He is known for his thoroughness and attention to detail. When Ryan isn't at the shop, he looks forward to spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Bonnie is a mom of two, and wife to Rich Jr. She has her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, and Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Bonnie uses her organizational skills to keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes, and she also loves getting to know everyone she serves.

Tim is the father of Bonnie Elsdon and grandpa to her and Rich’s two kids. Tim loves getting to know people and can get along with just about everyone. He has 30 years of customer service and management experience. During his career, Tim owned and managed pool repair and pool construction companies. When he is not at Callahan’s, he enjoys working on his farm in Stoneville.
